OREANDA-NEWS.  Prior to July 1, 2013 the state regional administration will ensure the transfer of the registration files of legal entities and individuals - entrepreneurs from the executive committees of local councils to territorial authorities of the State Registration Service of Ukraine (UkrDerzhReestr). The corresponding decree of the Cabinet of Ministers, which is developed by the Ministry of Justice, was taken on May 15 at a government meeting.

As reported Minister of Justice Oleksandr Lavrynovych the order was made due to changes in the system of registration of legal entities and individuals, which enters in force from July 1 this year.

Adoption of the draft order should ensure the smooth functioning of the system of state registration of legal entities and individuals during the transfering of state registration of legal entities and individuals to central executive authority, which provides the realization of the state policy in the sphere of state registration of legal entities and individuals.
