Bank of Moscow and PIC Group Announced Commencement of Cooperation
OREANDA-NEWS. The Bank of Moscow and the PIC Group are eager to keep on developing co-operation. Since April 2013 the Bank’s clients have been offered a unique opportunity to buy flats in the PIC Group housing complexes in such cities as:
— Rostov-on-Don, Nord Housing Complex, 1 and 10,Orbitalnaya Street;
— Nizhny Novgorod, Volga Lights Housing Complex, A, sections 1 to 4, Volzhskaya nab., Kanavinsky Region;
— Perm, Griboyedov Housing Complex, 29 and 31, Uinskaya Street, Iva Region.
The Bank of Moscow, working within the VTB Group, offers various mortgage lending programmes in the primary and secondary housing markets, t6he interest rate being from 10.9% depending of the initial payment, currency and loan maturity period. In addition the Bank of Moscow applies a minimum load throughout the total period of construction, charges no commission for reviewing applications, maintaining accounts, extending and premature repayment of loans.
