OREANDA-NEWS. The Bank of Moscow and the PIC Group are eager to keep on developing co-operation. Since April 2013 the Bank’s clients have been offered a unique opportunity to buy flats in the PIC Group housing complexes in such cities as:

In addition the Bank of Moscow applies a minimum load throughout the total period of construction, charges no commission for reviewing applications, maintaining accounts, extending and premature repayment of loans.
