OREANDA-NEWS. May 17, 2013. “Firstly from beginning of 2013 there was observed increase of passenger flows via airports of Ukraine,” a Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Olexandr Vilkul informed.

On the data of the State Aviation Service of Ukraine, in April of 2013 in comparison to April of last year passenger flows via airports of Ukraine upped by 4.5%. In whole from beginning of the year the passenger flows through air terminals of Ukraine grew by 0.9%.

Ukrainian air companies also increase their showings. In April volumes of conveyance of passengers by national air companies grew by 8% against showings of the first quarter. The aviation branch is getting out of the crisis joined with bankruptcy of the Aerosvit national conveyor.

“The forecast of the State Aviation Service concerning growth of level of conveyance by Ukrainian air companies starting from end of March of the current year is true. On the estimates of experts the national air companies will further grow showings of air conveyance both in internataional and internal routes,” Olexandr Vilkul said.
