OREANDA-NEWS. May 17, 2013. Sviaz-Bank bought back its fourth series bonds to fulfill its option obligation. In all, it paid out 656 million rubles less the coupon yield.

The securities were bought back at 100% of par.

Sviaz-Bank offered its ten-year Series 04 bond issue on the MICEX Stock Exchange on April 25, 2012 to raise 5 billion rubles. Sviaz-Bank is the managing underwriter of the issue. The next buyback option on the issue will be exercised a year from now.
