Sveza Developed Due Diligence System to Comply with EUTR
OREANDA-NEWS. May 17, 2013. Sveza has issued a document to comply with the European Union Timber Regulation (EUTR). The document is called the Due Diligence System, as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network.
On March 3, 2013 EU regulation No. 995/2010 came into force. Its purpose is to prevent the penetration of timber products obtained as a result of illegal logging into the EU.
