OREANDA-NEWS. Maksim Gromadtsov who previously held the position of Chief Operation Officer now has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of ESTA Holding Company. Within his powers Maksim will carry out operational management of the Company as well as strategic management of key assets and projects of ESTA Group.

Nikolay Nesterenko, who headed ESTA Holding from 2008, has been appointed to the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ESTA Holding. The principal task of the Board will be approval of the key strategic resolutions of real estate business of SCM (particularly, selling and acquisition of assets, appointment to managerial positions).

Maksim Gromadtsov’s career with ESTA Holding started in 2008 from the position of the Head of Analysis and Research Department, later he took the position of Investment Manager. In 2011 Mr. Gromadtsov was appointed as Investment Director. From 2012 Maksim held the position of Chief Operation Officer of the Company.
