OREANDA-NEWS. The Board of Directors of TransCreditBank at its meeting May 14, 2013, accepted resignation of Mr. Alexey Krokhin from his positions as President of TransCreditBank and Chairman of the Management Board effective May 15, 2013, upon agreement of the parties. Mr. Krokhin served TransCreditBank’s President and Chairman of the Management Board from February 2012.

The Board of Directors approved the nomination of Mr. Dmitry Olyunin, the current First Vice President of the Bank, as President and Chairman of the Management Board. Mr. Olyunin will assume his new positions once his candidacy is approved by the Bank of Russia’s Moscow Territorial Administration.

In the meantime the Board appointed Mr. Olyunin as acting President and Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank.

Mr. Olyunin joined TransCreditBank as First Vice President and member of the Management Board in February 2011.
