On 10 May 2013 at the meeting of the Lietuvos energija, AB (company code 302648707, registered office at Elektrines str. 21, Elektrenai) Board, in accordance with the Article 33 (4) of the Law on Legal Entities, Mr. Raimundas Petrauskas was elected as a Chairman of the Board of Lietuvos energija, AB.

Mr. Raimundas Petrauskas has a Bachelor‘s degree in mechanical engineering and a Master‘s degree in business management at Kaunas Technological University. Also he has gained a qualification of Professional management member at the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance.

Since 1999 he has worked as a director general of Schmitz Cargobull Baltic UAB. Before that, he was a technical director and director general of the company Auviga.

Mr. Raimundas Petrauskas was elected as a member of the Board of Lietuvos energija, AB on 20 September 2012.

He has no shares of Lietuvos energija, AB.
