OREANDA-NEWS. May 16, 2013. Stats-Secretary, Deputy Head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) Andrey Tsarikovskiy had a working meeting with Frederic Jenny, Chairman of OECD Competition Committee, in Warsaw during the 12th Annual Conference of the International Competition Network (ICN).

The parties discussed further steps for FAS - OECD cooperation to complete a Review of Competition Law and Policy in the Russian Federation as part of Russia ascending OECD.

The parties also look into the main results of the national competition policy in Russia, and analyzed the most meaningful achievements of FAS Russia in 2012.

Russia following the Recommendations on competition drafted by OECD Council and applying them in the national policy in the part not contradicting the national competition law, enabled enforcement based on the best world practices.
