OREANDA-NEWS. The State Securities Committee of Azerbaijan has allowed Meqa Segorta OJSC to increase the authorized capital.

The Committee reports that the MS shares were registered under number AZ1001006183 today. The Company obtained the right to issue 100 shares with par value of AZN 5,000.

Full placement of the issue will increase MS authorized capital by AZN 500,000.
