OREANDA-NEWS. At the meeting of the Lietuvos energija, AB Board, Mr. Raimundas Petrauskas was elected as a Chairman of the Board of Lietuvos energija, AB.

Mr. Raimundas Petrauskas has a Bachelor‘s degree in mechanical engineering and a Master‘s degree in business management at Kaunas Technological University. Also he has gained a qualification of Professional management member at the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance.

Since 1999 he has worked as a director general of Schmitz Cargobull Baltic UAB. Before that, he was a technical director and director general of the company Auviga. Mr. Raimundas Petrauskas was elected as a member of the Board of Lietuvos energija, AB on 20 September 2012.

He has no shares of Lietuvos energija, AB.
