The SORAINEN Latvian office advised East Capital Explorer, a listed investment company with headquarters in Stockholm, and one of the world’s largest asset managers specialising in Eastern European financial markets, on financing arrangements for the sale of 8.8% shares in ELKO Group to its majority shareholders.

ELKO Group is a leading wholesaler of IT products in Eastern Europe, and one of the largest companies in Latvia.
