OREANDA-NEWS. Hon’ble Union Minister of State for Power (I/C) Shri Jyotiraditya M. Scindia alongwith Hon’ble Chief Minister of Haryana Shri. Bhupinder Singh Hooda dedicated the 765 kV / 400 kV/ 220 kV Bhiwani Sub Station of POWERGRID to the Nation in the august presence of Smt. Shruti Choudhry, Hon’ble MP, Bhiwani, Sh. Harron Yusuf, Hon’ble Minister of Power - Delhi, Smt. Kiran Choudhry, Hon’ble Minister of PHE, Haryana, Sh. Satpal Sangwan, Hon’ble Minister of Housing and Cooperation, Haryana and Sh. Gansham Saraf, Member Legislative Assembly – Bhiwani. Amid a large gathering dignitaries from Ministry of Power, Govt of India , Govt of Haryana and others were also present.

This system would provide Haryana state access to power from various Hydro/ thermal projects and shall help in meeting its long term power requirement, ensuring quality and reliable power supply to meet the growing power demand of the state.
