OREANDA-NEWS. Kernel Holding S.A. informs that it has, via its subsidiaries, entered into a binding documentation to sell property of Chortkiv sugar plant and participatory interest in the local sugar trading entity for a total consideration of up to USD 32.5 million, with closing subject to certain conditions including the clearance of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
