OREANDA-NEWS. May 10, 2013. Further to the announcement of its financial results for the year ended 31st December2012, Nomos Bank ("Nomos" or "the Bank" or with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announces that it has today published its Group 2012 Annual Report and Accounts for the same period.

The 2012 Annual Report is available to view or download in pdf format from the Nomos website at www.nomos-bank.com and a copy will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

The Russian version of the Group 2012 Annual Report and Accounts will be published after the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting on May 29, 2013, subject to the meeting’s approval.
