OREANDA-NEWS. Otkritie FC has completed its RUB 30bn additional share issue, with its additional share issue report.

The additional shares were offered privately both to existing and new shareholders in the Corporation.

The existing shareholders that bought the additional shares in Otkritie FC included the companies owned by Vadim Belyaev, Chairman of Otkritie’s Board of Directors, and Boris Mints, its President, the legal entities affiliated with Oleg Malis and Da Vinci Capital, and LUKOIL-GARANT Private Pension Fund.

The additional issue has brought a number of new shareholders to the Corporation. These are the companies controlled by Alexander Nesis, Alexander Mamut, Igor Finogenov, Andrey Petropavlovskiy, Dmitriy Sokolov, and Aleksey Gudaytis.

After the additional share issue, Otkritie’s share capital is as follows:

Vadim Belyaev (21.4%);

Boris Mints (11.17%);

Alexander Nesis (9.16%);

LUKOIL-GARANT Private Pension Fund (8.81%);

Alexander Mamut (8.33%);

Da Vinci Russian Banking Co. (8.31%);

Sergey Gordeev (7.96% – share bought from VTB Bank OJSC, with the additional issue results taken into consideration);

Oleg Malis (6.64%);

Igor Finogenov, Andrey Petropavlovskiy and Dmitriy Sokolov (5.83%);

Aleksey Gudaytis (2.50%);

Anatoly Chubais (1.1%);

other minority shareholders (8.79%).

This additional share issue is yet another step towards Otkritie’s intended shareholding structure. Otkritie will use the proceeds to pay for an approximate 30% stake in NOMOS-BANK, after the transaction is approved by the Bank of Russia.
