OREANDA-NEWS. Being an issuer of securities, SCM management company has published the issuer information for 2012 as required by Ukrainian laws.

The document contains general information about SCM, its shareholders, executive officers, corporate governance principles and securities and reveals the Company's financial performance in 2012.

According to SCM financial statements (non-consolidated, excluding financial performance of the SCM Group companies), the net profit of the Company amounted to UAH 459.4 million in 2012 (vs. UAH 342.3 million year on year).

SCM Group's consolidated reports will be published by the end of H1 2013.
