OREANDA-NEWS.  May 07, 2013. It became known as the Supreme Judicial Chamber maintained the verdict of the Chisinau Appellate Chamber on the payment of the compensation.

The situation at state enterprise Registru, entailed by this verdict, was considered at the working sitting held by Acting Premier Iurie Leanca with participation of Acting Justice Minister Oleg Efrim, Acting Finance Minister Veaceslav Negruta and Acting Minister of IT and Communications Pavel Filip. They discussed risks the process of documentation of the population may face due to the execution of the judgment.

Iurie Leancac called it impermissible when problems at a state enterprise put in jeopardy one of the most important functions of the state, namely the documentation of the population. According to him, it is necessary to take urgent measures to prevent interruption of the process of issuing ID cards for citizens of Moldova. Iurie Leanca gave some directions to resolve the problem. In particular, the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications is to ensure further effective functioning of Registru.

The Justice Ministry is to analyze how the procedure of the trial was observed and to appeal to the Supreme Council of Magistracy if it was violated. The Finance Ministry is to conduct the financial audit at Registru and, if necessary, to render the enterprise assistance in executing financial documents.
