OREANDA-NEWS. May 07, 2013. The Government approved the quotas for 2013, within which the cultivation of plants containing narcotic and psychotropic substances, production, manufacture, possession, importation into Ukraine and export from Ukraine of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. The Decree is adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers.

In forming the quota needs health care institutions and entities are taken into account.

So it is determined that in 2013 the cultivation of opium poppy permitted in the area of 650 hectares, in the area of Cannabis 2723 hectares. Also it was also determined the quota to 29 positions that determine the production, manufacture, storage, importation into the territory of Ukraine and abroad export of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.
