ABH Miratorg Successfully Completed Issuance of Stock Bonds
OREANDA-NEWS. ABH Miratorg has successfully completed the issuance of stock bonds to the amount of 5 billion rubles as of April 23, 2013. The issuance of SB-03 became the first placing of the company since August, 2011 and the biggest for the whole history of Holding. “Successful bonds placing has proved a high potential of public markets of borrowings as a source of financing and showed considerable interest of investors to a credit quality of ABH Miratorg. Taking into account new opportunities in agricultural industry and dynamic development of the company we plan to use this instrument of financing in the future as well”, – the CFO of ABH Miratorg Vadim Kotenko emphasized.
The order book for bonds placing was opened from 15th till 19th of April, 2013 at the warrant rate of 11,25-11,75% per annum. Marketing range was revised to the downside at the time order book gathering.
Following the results of closing of order book the requests from investors were received at the warrant rate from 10,80% to 11,75% per annum. Composite demand for bond issuance was 5,6 billion rubles. Based on the results of received requests consideration the emitter defined the rate of 1-6 warrants amounting to 11,25% per annum and it corresponds the rate of 11,57% return prior to extinguishment of bonds in 3 years. Commercial placing of bond-like papers was conducted on April 23, 2013 in Moscow Board of Trade. 101 economic transactions were concluded during placing process.
Sponsors of placing were Bank ZENIT, GPB (JSC) and Sberbank CIB. Underwriters of the placing were MKB, Raiffeisen bank and SKB-bank. Co-underwriters were UK Kapital, FK Uralsib, M2M Private Bank, Element Kapital, Pervobank and Natsinvestprombank.
