OREANDA-NEWS. A scheduled inspection, conducted at the enterprise from 22.04.2013 to 26.04.2013 by Commission for inspection control, confirmed that the Integrated Management System (IMS) of JSC KuibyshevAzot meets the requirements of international standards for the following systems: Quality Management ISO 9001:2008; Environmental Management ISO 14001:2004; Management of Occupational Health and Safety OHSAS 18001:2007.

In the course of the audit, the experts of the Russian representative office of international auditor SGS Vostok LTD (Switzerland) carried out inspection of process shops, support units and the company management units involved in provision and implementation of activities in the field of IMS certification. Now it covers all production facilities of JSC KuibyshevAzot and extends practically to all the range of enterprise products.

Based on the audit results, the team of expert-auditors confirmed the validity of certificates for compliance of JSC KuibyshevAzot IMS to the specified standards. The experts noted a stable and efficient operation of the Company Integrated Management System, desire of the enterprise for its development and further improvement.

In 2007, KuibyshevAzot was the first among the domestic chemical companies to receive the certificates of conformity of Polyamide-6 and urea production to above three international standards. In 2008, the scope of the Company IMS certification was expanded thanks to additional incorporation of PA industrial yarn and cord fabric productions, and in 2009 the Company IMS certification was extended to the rest of its products.

The successful passage by JSC KuibyshevAzot of the said annual audit will further enhance the Company’s level of activity in the field of quality, environment protection, occupational health and safety.
