Anheuser-Busch InBev Approves Dividend Payment
OREANDA-NEWS. Anheuser-Busch InBev (Euronext: ABI; NYSE: BUD) is pleased to announce that the General Shareholders Meeting has approved the annual accounts 2012 ended December 31, 2012, as well as the gross dividend of 1.70 euro proposed by the Board of Directors. The shares will trade ex-coupon as of 26 April 2013 and dividends will be payable as from 2 May 2013 at Euroclear Belgium - C.I.K. (Paying Agent) upon presentation of coupon n° 14.
The General Shareholders Meeting has also renewed the mandate of Mr. Storm, Chairman of the Board, for one year. His renewed term will end after the shareholders meeting which will be asked to approve the accounts for the year 2013.
