OREANDA-NEWS. May 02, 2013. Marathon Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: MPC) announced the board of directors declared a dividend of 35 cents per share on Marathon Petroleum Corporation common stock.

The dividend is payable June 10, 2013, to shareholders of record as of the close of business May 16, 2013.

On April 30, MPC will provide an update on its 2013 first-quarter results through an earnings news release, to be followed by a conference call scheduled for 10 a.m.
