OREANDA-NEWS. BM&FBOVESPA is holding a ceremony to commemorate the initial public offering of Biosev S.A., which is a global leader in the sugar/ethanol sector.

Biosev will have the BSEV3 ticker and be the 128th member of the Novo Mercado listing segment, which represents the Exchange’s highest corporate governance standards.

Biosev is a global leader in the sugar/ethanol sector, with over 12 units in Brazil’s main producer regions.

The company was born in 2009 through the merger of LDC Bioenergia (from the Louis Dreyfus Commodities group) with Santelisa Vale – one of the largest Brazilian sugarcane production and processing companies.
