OREANDA-NEWS. Nevyansky Cementnic CJSC, belonging to the EUROCEMENT Group Holding published its production results for March and Q1, 2013.

The Plant successfully completed production plan for March of this year. In the reporting month Nevyansky Cementnic CJSC produced 85 177 ton of cement and 74 017 ton of semi-finished cement product (clinker brick), meeting production target objectives for 100%. In March the Plant exceeded the plan for finished product shipment by 1% and shipped in total 83 521 ton of cement to its customers.

In the aggregate, in Q1, 2013, Nevyansky Cementnic CJSC produced 227 261 ton of cement and 221 925 ton of clinker brick. Total shipment for 3 months amounted to 224 510 ton. 66.7% (127 329 ton) of finished products were shipped by automobile transport and 43.3% (97 180 ton) were shipped by the railway. It is worth to note, that CEM II-III32,5N became the leading cement brand in comparison with all other cements shipped. In Q1, 2013 the total shipment volume of this cement brand exceeded the year on year value by 16% (19 700 ton).

“Stable production is based on the successful operation of all subdivisions of the Plant, starting from the extraction of raw materials and up to finished products packing,- highlights Andrey Vasilievich Zemtsov, General Director of Nevyansky Cementnic CJSC. - Overhaul of the basic and auxiliary equipment that is currently under way at the Plant will guarantee ability of the Plant to maintain required production output rates even in the summer peak season.”

In December 2012, the EUROCEMENT Group Holding launched a new cement plant in Voronezh Region, that will produce cement using dry method, with an estimate production capacity 3 M ton of cement per annum.The share of cement produced by dry method has increased from 13% to 25% in the overall output of the Holding.
