OREANDA-NEWS. April 29, 2013. The Government is studying the possibility of buy-out of people’s land shares for public purposes that are not used for 5-7 years.

The Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said this during talking with the residents of the village Lychanka of Kyiv Region.

"If during 5-7 years, the land is not used, then we buy out it in accordance with clearly set price, combine these lands and create, for example, pasture," Mykola Azarov said. He noted that now the number of cattle is increasing, which is kept by rural population, and pastures are needed.
