OREANDA-NEWS. April 29, 2013. The Government creates opportunities for the citizens to receive available accommodation. A Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Olexandr Vilkul opened a new building in Novomoskovsk of Dnipropetrovsk region which was constructed in the framework of state programs for available accommodation, cheap mortgage and youth loans.

“Owing to the state support, since 2010 over 6000 Ukrainian families have received new flats along the state programs,” Olexandr Vilkul said. In the event were also participating Deputy Defense Minister Volodymyr Mozharovskyi, head of Dnipropetrovsk regional state administration Dmytro Kolesnikov.

Olexandr Vilkul presented Novomoskovsk residents keys from flats in a modern 10-storied building constructed under the state support. “Putting in exploitation of a 128-apartment building with total area of over 9 thousand square meters has given an opportunity to improve living conditions for young families of Novomoskovsk, employees of budget sphere and enterprises,” Olexandr Vilkul said.

90% of new settlers who purchased apartments in this building with the state support are young families aged up to 35. They have used the state program of providing youth with accommodation. 10% of new owners have bought flats along the programs for available accommodation and cheap mortgage loans.

“The Government is intensifying all the current programs of available accommodation and youth crediting, it is also elaborating a program of construction by an industrial method. Out target is to achieve construction of 30-50 thousand flats a year,” Olexandr Vilkul said. 

“In the process of construction products of Ukrainian building sector is applied. That is, apart from providing Ukrainians with available accommodation, new work places are created, economics of the state is developing. One workplace in building domain creates five in the related industries,” Olexandr Vilkul explained.
