OREANDA-NEWS. Belarus exported 604,300 tonnes of potash fertilizer (in terms of 100% potassium chloride) in January-February 2013, up 31.8% on the year, the National Statistics Committee told reporters.

Potash fertilizer exports to the CIS states shrank by 27% to 8,200 tonnes, other foreign states – up 59% to 596,100 tonnes.

The average price of Belarusian potash fertilizer in January-February 2013 stood at USD 632 per tonne, down 16.4% on the year. The average price for potash shipped to the CIS states reduced by 11.6% year on year to USD 624 per tonne, and reduced 16.5% for other foreign states to USD 632 per tonne.
