OREANDA-NEWS. R-Pharm Group won the award “For contribution to the development of pharmaceutical industry” in the “Business Elite Yaroslaviya – 2012” annual regional competition. The Yaroslavl governmental website reported that nominees were selected based on their financial stability, social responsibility, staff professionalism, innovative approach and other criteria.

This year the competition between the best regional enterprises and organizations was actively supported by the government of Yaroslavl region. R-Pharm Group presented two innovative manufacturing projects – R-Pharm’s Yaroslavl-based Manufacturing site of finished dosage forms and Manufacturing complex “Farmoslavl” in Rostov (Yaroslavl Region).

The State-of-the-art Manufacturing Site of finished dosage forms in Yaroslavl, being the part of pharmaceutical cluster, gives jobs to more than 300 highly qualified specialists and represents an example of company strategy that meet the social and economical interests of country development in terms of pharmaceutical import substitution and production localization of innovative products. Manufacturing complex “Farmoslavl” in Rostov (Yaroslavl region) is aimed at full-cycle R&D and production of high-tech pharmaceutical substances not manufactured in Russia before. The manufacturing site supports the development of domestic innovative pharmaceutical industry and serves as a scientific and manufacturing knowledge center.
