UTair Offers Complimentary Flights to WW II Veterans
OREANDA-NEWS. In light of the coming May 9 holidays in Russia UTair Aviation announces the ongoing availability of complimentary flights for veterans of the Great Patriotic War through its UTair Veterans Travel Program. UTair offers veterans one free round trip or one-way ticket at any time during the year to any of the domestic or international destinations operated by the airline.
Eligible passengers need only to present a valid Russian passport and official WW II military service record, disabled veterans status card or FPOW certificate to any UTair ticket agent. A 30% discount on airfare is available for a single passenger accompanying qualified veterans on their flight.
Over the last ten years more than 6800 veterans have participated in the UTair Veterans Travel Program. This year's Program continues the tradition of offering unique opportunities for veterans to visit relatives, historic battle sites, to meet the comrades-in arms and travel in comfort to resorts and vacation sites.
