OREANDA-NEWS. Tele2, alternative mobile operator, reports that Anatoliy Strukov has been appointed commercial officer of the central macroregion.

At this post Anatoliy Strukov will be in charge of planning and commercial operations of the Tele2 Russia central macroregion. He is responsible for managing commercial departments in Tula, Tver, Kaluga, Smolensk, Ryzan and Vladimir offices. Anatoliy will supervise drafting and implementation of marketing strategy, a launch of new products, quality of customer service and distribution network development in the macroregion.

 Anatoliy Strukov graduated from the Tula state university, economic faculty. He also holds a degree in cybernetics. Anatoliy has an extensive experience in telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Tele2 Russia he worked over 11 years in MTS. Anatoliy started his career as a customer service specialist of MTS office in Tula. Before leaving MTS he headed the product and service development department in the Moscow macroregion.
