Capsule of New Microdistrict Laid in Sevastopol
OREANDA-NEWS. April 25, 2013. In Sevastopol a Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Olexandr Vilkul has held a field working meeting dedicated to realization of the Available Accommodation state programs. In particular, he checked the process of construction of a new complex of residential buildings of the 6 microdistrict of Kamysh Bay and laid a symbolic capsule into the basement of the first building.
The total area of the new microdistrict makes up 4.17 hectares. Overall, in 32 four-storied buildings there will be built 485 flats.
The start of construction of the 1-st turn is underway: these are 4 residential buildings for 58 flats. The construction work was included to the state programs for purchase of “The Available Accommodation”.
“Owing to this citizens will be able to buy flats by almost 20% lower than on average market all around the town. Putting in exploitation of this building is planned in third quarter of 2013,” a Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Olexandr Vilkul said.
The Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine has set a task to local authorities to stir up work in creating opportunities for the purchase by citizens of available accommodation and providing invalids of Great World War, victims of the Chornobyl accident and employees of budget sphere with flats.
It should be noted that on March 1, 2013 in Sevastopol the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Olexandr Vilkul presented keys from flats to 15 new settlers in a new five-storied building – doctors, teachers, employees of budget area in the framework of realization of the Available Accommodation state program. Overall, from 2010 in Sevastopol owing to support of the state 140 families received new flats.
