OREANDA-NEWS. Following the deed of novation dated 15 April 2013 SCM decided to transfer its 25% shareholding in Neftegazdobycha to DTEK (part of SCM Group).

DTEK is a sectoral holding that develops energy assets of SCM Group and has necessary expertise in oil and gas production. The move is thus a logical step forward in the strategy to ensure businesses within the Group with own gas. All assets of SCM need 6bn cubic meters of gas a year. The investments in Neftegazdobycha can double its annual gas production to 1.4bn cubic meters.
