OREANDA-NEWS. April 24, 2013. In Facebook Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov assured citizens in furthering of a policy of Government directed to improvement of social guarantees.

“We have a lot in front of us to do so that to raise the level of pensions and salaries,” he told.

The Premier reminded that in 2008 many people had received pensions amounting UAH 588, while the rate of social assistance for the disabled persons in 2009 had made up UAH 188 a month.

“We have raised these payments fivefold today and will further increase them,” Mykola Azarov assured.
