Delegation of Chinese Embassy Visits Jobsite of 17MCC Group in Kuwait
OREANDA-NEWS. April 23, 2013. A official delegation of Chinese Embassy to Kuwait paid an inspection tour to the jobsite of COEP Project (College of Engineering and Petroleum, Kuwait University), which was undertaken by the 17th China Metallurgical Construction Group (17MCC Group). The delegation was headed by Zhu Lian, Economic and Commercial Counselor of the Embassy.
Ma Xiaohua, Assistant General Manager of MCC International Trading Group (MCC TRADE Group) & General Manager of Middle East Branch of MCC, and Cai Jin, Vice General Manager of 17MCC Group, accompanied Counselor Zhu Lian during the visit. At the jobsites of COEP Project and the Scientific College, the officials conducted inspection on the implementation progress, the safety work on site and the civilized construction performance.
After listening to the introduction made by Cai Jin, Counselor Zhu Lian emphasized that, the two projects contracted by 17MCC Group were the largest ones undertaken by Chinese enterprises in Kuwait. The quality of the project execution would reflect not only the professional competence of MCC, but also the imagines of Chinese enterprises.
Zhu expected all the members of the Project Team to unite and strive, regardless of the various difficulties, and resolve the problems and conflicts during the project execution by utilizing wisdom so as to fulfill the project target. He also encourage the project staff to redouble efforts on safety management and acceleration of the project implementation, so as to set up MCC Brand in Kuwait and win honors for the Chinese central enterprises and our homeland.
