Australian Prime Minister Meets with MCET Staff
OREANDA-NEWS. April 22, 2013. Upon invitation of Australian Embassy in China, Chen Hao, an employee of MCC Communication Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (MCET), as well as a representative of graduates returned from Australia, attended the Gala Dinner on Sino-Australian Education & Scientific Research Achievements for Forty Years.
The banquet was hosted by Prime Minister Julia Eileen Gillard of Australia in the St. Regis Beijing. The Prime Minister also met with all the representatives at this event.
At the dinner, Prime Minister Julia Eileen Gillard delivered a keynote speech. She spoke highly of the abundant accomplishment jointly made by Australia and China in the fields of education and scientific researches, and extended gratitude to all the participants who had made remarkable contribution in this regard.
The representatives watched the video of Live and Learn: 40th Anniversary of Sino-Australian Research Cooperation, and then took part in the inauguration ceremony for six research centers under joint collaboration between Australia and China. Chen Hao presented a Chinese calligraphy work to the Prime Minister, which read “Long live the friendship between Australia and China”.
At present, Chen Hao is a Business Officer working in the Marketing Dept. of MCET. Prior to this job, he has worked on several posts such as management consultancy, development and operation of overseas market, as well as market analysis and development.
