OREANDA-NEWS. On March 29-31, 2013, St. Petersburg hosted the 7th Russian Conference on Environment and Manufacturing: Prospects for Development of Economic Instruments for Environment Protection. During the conference the results of the 100 Best Companies in Russia in Terms of Environment and Environment Management were summarized. The Koryazhma and Ust-Ilimsk Mills were awarded with certificates and gold medals.

The Ust-Ilimsk Mill was also awarded a competition laureate certificate. Valery Antonishin, the Koryazhma Mill Manager, and Nikolay Naumov, the Ust-Ilimsk Mill Manager, received the Ecologist of the Year merit badges. Tatiana Titova, the Head of the EHS Department of the Ust-Ilimsk Mill, was selected as the Best EHS Manager.

Being an environmentally responsible company, Ilim Group is fully aware of its commitment to comply with environmental regulations and ensure environmental safety at its locations.
