Close economic relations between State of Israel and the Republic of Belarus define the interest of JSC Belagroprombank towards this country in terms of expanding cooperation with financial institutions. Currently, JSC Belagroprombank has significant experience in implementation of the transactions with Israeli counterparties.

In the year 2010 JSC Belagroprombank implemented the first transaction under the scheme of discounting of the deferred payment under the letter of credit with Israeli bank for the tenor up to 5 years. Insurance cover under this financing was issued by Israeli state corporation of export insurance ASHR’A. Among the functions of this agency is to provide assistance to Israeli exporters by insuring of export loans and investments abroad for middle- and long-terms period (1 to 10 years).

At present the total amount of the transactions implemented by JSC Belagroprombank with Israeli counterparties exceeds EUR 20 million. The tenor of the raised funds varies between 5-7 years depending on the details of the transactions. Among the partner banks of JSC Belagroprombank on the Israeli market which participated in the financing of the projects of the clients are such largest banks of Israel as Bank Leumi le-Israel B.M. and Bank Hapoalim B.M.
