OREANDA-NEWS. April 18, 2013. Almin Rabinovich, Chief Methodologist of the Audit Methodology and Quality Control Department, Energy Consulting, has issued a book “VAT: Unusual decisions of usual challenges”. The book was released at STATUS QUO 97 Publishing House.

The book discloses complicated and disputable matters of Value Added Taxes concerning amendments and supplements in VAT law made in 2011-2012, as well as disputable issues of a tax base and tax deductions with respect to VAT.

The book took into account all arbitrary practice and VAT explanations made by the Ministry of Finance and tax authorities. The publication is intended first of all for employees of accounting and tax authorities, auditors and tax consultants.

Almin Rabinovich emphasizes: "My key goal for publishing this book was to cultivate a taste of readers for own solving complicated VAT challenges and obtaining necessary skills and competencies therefore".

"VAT: Unusual decisions of usual challenges" is the seventh book of Almin Rabinovich who is as well the author of more than 400 articles, and various accounting and taxation panels.

The edition of the book amounts to 12 500 copies particularly aimed at subscribers of Russian Tax Courier Journal.
