OREANDA-NEWS. April 18, 2013. Plant “Omsky Kauchuk”, which is a part of petrochemical cluster of the project "PARK", became a winner of regional stage of the contest “The Best Employer of Omsk Region in the Sphere of Population’s Occupancy After the Results of 2012” in nomination “Social Responsibility”.

The Best Employer contest is held annually by Chief Administration of State Service of Population’s Occupancy of Omsk region. The aim of the contest is to propagate achievements and to encourage employers who reached top results at the end of a calendar year.

The first stage of the contest – the district one – was held in municipal districts of Omsk region and administrative counties of the city of Omsk. After its results the plant “Omsky Kauchuk” took first places in nominations “Innovations in the Development of Cadre Potential” and “Social Responsibility”.

13 enterprises and organizations struggled during the second stage – the regional one – for the victory in nomination “Innovations in Development of Cadre Potential”, at the end the plant took the second place. In nomination “Social Responsibility” 20 pretenders entered the struggle for the title of best employers, again “Omsky Kauchuk” was the best.

According to the results of 2010 the enterprise was awarded with diplomas in county stage of the contest: the first places – in nominations “Creation and Preservation of Working Places”, “Participation in Programs of Active Policy of Population’s Occupancy” and the second places – in nominations “Innovations in Development of Cadre Potential”, “Social Responsibility”.

According to the results of activities in 2011 “Omsky Kauchuk” received two diplomas of first degree in county stage in nominations “Social Responsibility” and “Creation and Preservation of Working Places” and became a winner of regional stage in nomination “Social Responsibility”.
