OREANDA-NEWS. The Board of Directors of JSC "KuibyshevAzot" held on April 5 approved the establishment of a Joint Venture with the German company "Commercium Immobilien und Beteiligungs-GmbH" (is organic to Linde Group Company) in the form of a Limited Liability Company with the name "Linde-Azot Togliatti". The share of JSC "KuibyshevAzot" in the authorized capital of the JV will be 50% in the amount of 1 million Rubles with its subsequent increase to the size of not more than 1.5 billion Rubles.

The LLC "Linde-Azot Togliatti" is created to implement the project for the construction of Ammonia and Hydrogen production facilities at the site of JSC "KuibyshevAzot." The plant capacity will be 120,000 Nm3/h of Hydrogen and 1,340 t/d of Ammonia. The project is supposed to use the Linde modern technology that provides for environmentally safe production facilities with the resources consumption level corresponding to the best international analogues.
