On the land plot of more than 4 hectares, a modern hypermarket of the total area 12,000 square meters will be erected, of which trade facilities will occupy about 7500 square meters. In front of the building, a spacious parking for 475 cars is provided. The hypermarket is located in Leninsky district of the city, close to public transport stations and residential area.
