OREANDA-NEWS. April 17, 2013. At a session of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine there was adopted a resolution “On approving an order of informing owners and users of land plots placed within protected zones of main pipeline objects about the determined restrictions concerning use of such land plots”. 

The draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine was elaborated by the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine. The document targets defining an order of informing owners (users) of land pots located within limits of the protective areas of main pipelines about the determined by the Law of Ukraine of February 17, 2011 restrictions in usage of such plots.

Approving of the mentioned resolution will facilitate to maintaining cooperation, regulating urgent issues, which arise between owners (users) of land plots located within protective areas of main pipeline objects and enterprises of pipeline transport.
