OREANDA-NEWS. April 15, 2013. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, at its sitting held on April 10, approved a resolution “On re-organization of certain territorial bodies of the State Agency of Land Resources”.

The document envisages restructuring of certain territorial bodies by means of transformation or separation. It will afford to ensure relevant functioning of a system of territorial bodies and to create convenient and available conditions for obtaining administrative services by consumers.

According to the resolution, it is planned to increase the number of territorial bodies of the State Agency of Land Resources by 22 items without increase of a number of workers.

The changes in the structure of territorial bodies of the State Agency of Land Resources will facilitate to reduction of queues for receiving administrative services in the sphere of land relations, realization of constitutional land rights of citizens, and also reaching of social effect in realization of land reform and raising of effectiveness in management of land resource bodies.
