OREANDA-NEWS. April 12, 2013. NOMOS-BANK’s top management has seen new appointments. Dmitry Romaev and Evgeny Dankevich were appointed First Vice Presidents of NOMOS-BANK and Elena Budnik was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board.

The Supervisory Board of NOMOS-BANK previously elected Dmitry Romaev, Evgeny Dankevich and Elena Budnik as members of the Management Board.

Dmitry Romaev, who is also the First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Otkritie Financial Corporation and Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation, is responsible for coordinating the integration of NOMOS-BANK into the structure of Otkritie Financial Corporation. Evgeny Dankevich is likewise President-Chairman of Otkritie’s Board of Directors and oversees the operational and IT-units as well as retail business development and SMEs. Elena Budnik heads NOMOS-BANK retail and small business.
