OREANDA-NEWS.  The Russian government has approved the national program “Reproduction and Utilization of Natural Resources in 2013-2020.”

According to the document published on April 9 by the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia, the federal budget expenditures for uranium exploration will amount to RUB13.95bn (USD 450m) (in the current prices).

In particular, the envisaged activities include the advanced projection and mineragenetic analysis and targeted reconnaissance operations to identify and justify exploration areas in promising regions of Far East and northern Siberia.
