Meals must be ordered at least 24 hours prior to flight departure during ticket purchase in ticket offices or booking with Passenger Support Service at +7 (343) 345-36-45, 8-800-2000-262 (toll-free within Russia). In addition thereto, you can use the onboard meal booking service on the website when you buy a ticket in the Internet ticket office. No extra charges shall apply for ordering special in-flight meals.

In case of changing your departure parameters (date or flight), the booked service (in-flight meals) must be reconfirmed. In case of any changes less than 24 hours in advance, the service shall not be provided.
