OREANDA-NEWS. In accordance with the bilateral agreements, the delegation of the Russian Federal Customs Service paid a working visit to the Kingdom of Thailand.

The Russian side held a workshop, aiming to explain the specific features of the customs clearance and customs control over goods in the context of the Customs Union functioning, to the Thai business representatives.

Moreover, during the visit, the meeting of First Deputy Head of the Customs Collaboration Directorate with the representatives of the Royal Customs Department of Thailand took place. The meeting was conceived to validate the draft of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Federal Customs Service and the Royal Customs Department of Thailand on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs affairs.
