The portal’s new design is centered on the convenience for users interested in the purchase, sale or lease of real estate and offers new opportunities for advertisers.

Considerable emphasis is placed on information component in the new version. In particular, the number of news reports and analytical materials has noticeably increased. Content has been divided into sections: urban, commercial, country, luxury and foreign real estate. Moreover, new helpful tools are now available to users when searching for and assessing houses, for instance a mortgage calculator and free online consultations.

The redesign of RBC.Real Estate website is a further step in the implementation of the company’s overall strategy “Under the Sign of Change” which calls for redesigning all of RBC’s key media resources in 2013. Autonews.ru and RBC.Style have already been overhauled.
