OREANDA-NEWS. Ilya Subbotin was appointed in the capacity of the Deputy CEO for Economics and Finance of EMAlliance and the CFO of Krasny Kotelshchik. The functions of the new Top Manager include the financial and economic activity of the company. The area of his responsibility comprises the preparation of managerial, financial and tax accounts, corporate finance, pricing, business planning, and financial control.

Ilya Subbotin was born in 1981 in the village Reftinsky of Sverdlovsk Region. He has two higher educations. In 2003 he graduated from the Ural State Technical University – USTU (Yekaterinburg) with the specialties “Corporate Budgeting” and “Renewable Energy Sources” (Heat Power Department). He has climbed up the job ladder from the Internal Auditor to the Top Manager in different companies. The previous official capacity was the CFO in the Ural Region at the JSC Fortum (the former TGK-10). In March 2013 he was appointed as the Deputy CEO for Economics and Finance of EMAlliance and the CFO of Krasny Kotelshchik. Married, has got a daughter.
